One of the key tools on ITJobs-online is the unique ‘search hound’, Fred. Visuals of Fred feature from the home page onwards. Fred scores results based on the criteria a job hunter enters into the search tool. Fred’s search works by matching the job hunters top four skills with the top four skills associated to each vacancy, in order of priority. Job hunters can opt to receive daily emails highlighting the latest vacancies that match their criteria.
Recruiters are equally well catered for on www.ITJobs-online.com Recruiters receive email updates outlining the latest job hunters to register with the site. This ensures a two way communication on the site. With multiple advertising opportunities for agencies throughout the site, recruiters can register for different levels of access and pre-purchase credits. Each time a job is posted on the site the recruiter’s credits are deducted. This system is unique in that ii enables a recruitment agency to create and administer an account for all of their internal agents, where each agent has their own login and assigned amount of credits.
