Working Together
Throughout the development process and post launch we understand that communication is critical. Communication between us may include face to face meetings, telephone, and email. At all points the communication is documented and held centrally on our ticket support system. This ensures that in the unlikely event your Project Manager is not available another member of our team can help you.
Our development team use a buddy system that ensures there are always at least two developers working on your project, one acts as the primary and the other as a secondary. Buddy developers are not allowed to plan leave at the same time, ensuring we have someone familiar with your project available to support it, even post launch.
