We thought you may like the opportunity to learn a bit more about some of our team. Therefore we have decided to pick on a couple of team members and put together a short biography. Rather than focusing just on their boring qualifications (which we all have by the way, we are all minimum graduate qualified with at least 2 years industry experience) we have tried to brighten it up by focusing on some of their more unusual traits.

Ugo Smith
Ugo graduated with a degree in Business Economics and Marketing. and joined UKWebCo.com from the BBC. Following university Ugo decided to embark on a complete deviation from his education and train as a professional chef. Having indulged his passion for food Ugo decided to hang up his apron when he realised his passion for cooking centred on being creative and making a difference, which he could do in his own kitchen, but not as easily in a professional kitchen. Anyway the kitchens loss is our gain as Ugo was drawn back to the office environment when he realised he could make a much bigger contribution through his first passion, which is business. Ugo now provides a strong creative input to his projects and significantly contributes to his client’s return on investment by advising on the latest developments in online marketing.

Michelle Tafili
Michelle graduated with a degree in Graphic and Media Information Design and joined UKWebCo.com from J Sainsbury’s. Michelle is a very successful cross country runner competing in the London mini marathon, county championships as a track athlete and as a cross country runner, English schools championships and the all London games as well as dozens of club meetings. She has competed at borough, county, nationally, and internationally levels for both clubs and schools. Michelle has won 111 medals and 8 trophies. Her dedication and commitment is clear to see in her approach to project management. Michelle is fiercely competitive and demands the best from the team members and projects she manages. Michelle ensures we deliver the best solutions with the maximum return on investment for the client.
